The entire stay was smooth from arrival to departure. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and the peaceful environment contributed to a pleasant experience.

Our stay at Green View Executive Stays, Marottichuvattil was very disappointing. Despite booking the room ahead of time, the experience was awful. The room was not cleaned properly, and we discovered a used condom there, which was totally unacceptable and raised serious hygiene and housekeeping issues. The reception staff, particularly Mr. Jijith, behaved rudely and unprofessionally. Both the manager and reception staff dealt with our complaints irresponsibly and showed no concern for the trouble caused. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and respectful place to stay.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. We booked a two-week stay and were given a room with a bed infested with bedbugs. My partner was affected badly, developing small bumps and large painful red welts all over her body. They moved us to another room, but the next day the bathroom tap burst, flooding the floor. Then they changed our room again, but this one also had many bedbugs. After four days, we were completely dissatisfied and decided to leave. Although they had already charged us for the full two weeks, we asked for a refund for the unused days, but they refused. The worst part was my partner had to be hospitalized due to an allergic reaction from the bedbug bites. We complained to the owner, who acted like nothing had happened. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.
