Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi was excellent. The hotel offers clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, and a very professional staff who were always polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food, and the in-room dining service was also impressive. The location is convenient for business travelers visiting Hinjawadi IT Park. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, Amol and Akash, for their excellent service and friendly behavior ’ they made the stay even more comfortable and pleasant. Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality made the experience relaxing and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays in Pune.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The rooms were incredibly comfortable and spotless, and the overall service was genuinely top-notch.What really made the experience special, though, was the team. I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for around two weeks, and overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience.The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a proper 5-star vibe throughout the stay. The deluxe room included almost all the expected amenities, though a bathtub was missing. Housekeeping was consistent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt premium and relaxing.I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner regularly at Ruhmani restaurant within the hotel. The food quality and taste were good, and the staff was polite, helpful, and attentive. The only area that could improve is the menu variety, as the food options started feeling repetitive during a long stay.The hospitality and service quality made the stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for business or long-duration stays, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had.Let me take you event wise:Entered the room, the tray with coffee sachets and mugs was dusty, literally had dirt on it.Saw a live cockroach crawling near the breakfast buffet. Live!Room service had only one call line working, rest of the numbers would just not get dialed.Extremely slow room service, we had to follow-up on each of our requests made at least twice.The breakfast spread was extremely limited with 3-4 items for veg and literally 1-2 items for non-veg and that too were the processed foods like sausages.The staff was so un-welcoming, not once we were greeted with a smile, not once.Our table was dirty so we moved to a new table and asked the staff to clean our table. They literally flipped the mats below the plates and called it "clean" and we could literally see dal marks.Positives:Abhinav was the manager filling in for someone and took our feedback strictly and said they would make changes.Receptionist and the staff on the ground floor were very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi. The food quality was excellent and every dish was fresh and delicious. The chef has done a fantastic job in maintaining great taste and presentation.The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive, making the overall dining experience even better.
