Rooms is very neat and clean. Mr. Annegowdru was very humble. Respect very one even children also.my family stayed 2 days in this hotel. All staffs and Receiption peoples are very good. Hospitality was awesome. I refer my friends and colleagues.

Only location is good, and room service is poor and guys there is no tv on from 2 days as we said them and called they will say yes we r coming and they don’t we stayed 2 days and we didn’t get any tv and at the end they came and said we need to recharge and the bed sheet were cut. And they are lazy and they don’t understand the needs of cutomer and I say one of the worst stay I ever had after paying 6k. Better avoid guys.

Rating: 1/5 StarsWhile the physical rooms are decent, the management is a disaster. The reception staff is rude and lacks basic etiquette. Despite having a prior booking, we were treated with disrespect from the moment we arrived. The staff hangs around the reception area but offers no help and makes you feel unwelcome with their poor manners. A nice room doesn't make up for being treated poorly. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers.

This place is very close to the Majestic railway station and metro station, so it is easy to reach quickly. The room and bathroom are very neat and clean. The manager’s Annegowdru, behavior is beyond words ’ extremely good and kind. We checked in at 9:45 and checked out the next day at 10:30. Our train was at 8 o’clock at night. Since we had a lot of heavy luggage, it was risky to carry it around. So the manager helped us by keeping our luggage safely until then, free of charge. They treated us very well.
