Hotel All Iz Well

They charge 33 rupees for a water bottle worth 18 rupees.. apart of it they they make you wait at the time of check out and call to room service in front of you to see if everything is okay that's just disgusting and make you feel like you would steal something from the room. And why do they wait for customer to ask for towel? Is it not basic amenity for someone who is staying in a hotel. Seriously Pathetic.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff and the manager were highly unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking basic hospitality manners. From the moment we checked in, their attitude was arrogant and disrespectful.The manager openly demanded extra money beyond the agreed booking amount and behaved in a threatening and intimidating manner when questioned. Instead of resolving concerns, the staff used inappropriate language and spoke in a very unprofessional tone, making the entire stay uncomfortable.This place operates with zero transparency, poor ethics, and no respect for guests. If you value your money, dignity, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are far better and more honest options available.

This hotel gave us a very bad experience. The staff and manager behaved unprofessionally, and instead of handling our concerns politely, the manager spoke rudely when we questioned the extra ’500 charge for an additional guest. He even implied we would face trouble if we posted a review, which was shocking.There is no dedicated parking, and we had to pay ’50’100 separately. The room was not clean, lacked proper airflow or ventilation, and definitely did not match the price they claimed.We would not stay here again and do not recommend it to others.

Very nice, good hygiene, best staff, best room service, best security in hotel.Highly recommend if you are looking for hotel in pahargunj under low, medium budget. Recommend for families as well.

My overall experience at Hotel All Iz Well was average and quite disappointing after the first day.Initially, the room we got was decent, but the TV wasn’t working, so they shifted us to another room. That second room had a small balcony, which we actually liked because we prefer open-window rooms. However, soon we noticed small cockroaches, and the bathroom had a bad smell ’ they only tried to fix it by spraying freshener instead of proper cleaning.The triple-bedded room they gave us wasn’t good at all ’ even the switchboards were loose, and it was difficult to charge our phones. Still, we adjusted and stayed since we didn’t have many options.Breakfast service was also poor. On the third day, our order was delayed by almost an hour, and one of the items we requested never came until we reminded them again, which took another 20 minutes.I requested multiple times at the reception to change the bed sheets and clean the room, but they kept saying it would be done after 1 PM. Even after following up several times and visiting the reception personally, no one came to clean the room ’ not even by 2 PM as promised. Most hotels I’ve stayed at clean rooms daily without needing to request it, but here, they didn’t bother at all.On the last day, I had to extend my stay for a few hours after checkout time because I was traveling with my parents, one of whom is undergoing cancer treatment. I informed the staff early in the morning, but they didn’t assign a room until 12:20 PM, after several follow-ups. I also had to pay extra for just those few hours, even though it was a very short stay.In short ’ if you stay here for a day, you might think it’s a decent hotel. But if you stay for two or more days, you’ll experience their real service quality ’ which is far below expectations.
