1 star is more, if google allow 0 star then I gave 0.I booked a smoking room, but when I checked in the receptionist gave me Non smoking room.Small items like sleepers, dental kit not found in room,The room was small, overallmy experience at Hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not maintained to the standard expected for the price charged. Cleanliness was below average, and several amenities were either not functioning properly or required repeated follow-ups with the staff.The service was slow and unprofessional, with staff showing little urgency in addressing guest concerns. The overall hospitality experience did not match the hotel's claims or expectations. Additionally, the value for money was poor considering the quality of accommodation and service provided.I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Delhi. Its a very good hotel located near to metro for delhi sightseeing. Rooms are good, staff and service are excellent.

Stayed at this property after being shifted from another hotel in the same group. The location is convenient and close to a metro station, which is a definite advantage for travellers using public transport.The room and bathroom appeared clean, but the room itself was very small, with limited space to move around once luggage was placed inside. The furnishings also looked dated. Traffic noise from the main road was noticeable and affected comfort. The TV offered only basic channels and there was no smart TV functionality. Wi-Fi details were not provided during check-in.What stood out most was the lack of communication. During check-in, we were rushed towards lunch after signing the register, with very little information provided about hotel facilities, timings, or services. Even basic details such as breakfast timings were not communicated. When I called at 10:25 am regarding breakfast, I was informed that service had ended at 10:00 am. While I understand that timings need to be followed, a more helpful or accommodating response would have been appreciated, especially since the timings had never been shared with us. The response that "you should have asked" felt dismissive rather than guest-oriented.Overall, the property was clean and conveniently located, but the small rooms, road noise, dated interiors, and shortcomings in guest communication made the experience less comfortable than expected.
