The location was excellent, with a beautiful environment around. The staff were wonderful, especially the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful, giving a fantastic first impression of the hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was outstanding. It was clean, stylish, and spacious, with excellent service at the dinner venue. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room was well furnished and comfortable. I was very happy with my stay and look forward to returning for a longer visit someday.

Awful experience — Watch out for deceptive practices! I reserved a 3-night stay at this hotel via MakeMyTrip. When I arrived, the front desk said my reservation was cancelled and asked for an additional ₹2,400 to allow me to check in. Even after contacting MakeMyTrip support, the hotel refused to honor the original booking price. I was stuck at the reception for more than two hours until MakeMyTrip customer service finally arranged accommodation at another hotel. The management is dishonest and their behavior is exploitative. Stay away from this hotel.
