Hotel Southern Regency

Hotel Southern in Karol Bagh offers a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff is polite and helpful, and the location is very convenient. However, one drawback is that the reception and rooms are in different buildings, which can be inconvenient. Also, the lift is not well maintained. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.

Good value for the price

PThetic service.i have done corporate booking with 3 times fooding but building shown different & stay in different premise. Rather i have to walk to that building for breakfast or any food .. no attendant in this building .. totally unexpectedly worst experience.. I will black list this hotel for my company like HDFC group..but hotel manager does not care for guest comfortability. Just looted like anythingThis room does not worth more than 2000 but charging 5000+ tax.If you want your enemies to disturb pls suggest this hotel, you will enjoy their irritation & pain..Just ultimate worst hotel ever I have seen in my life..

First of all they don't respond on number mentioned. Kindly find screenshot of same. Person handling this needs to clear that whether booking the done or not!!! They don't respond to whatsapp messages properly. Person in night shift said it will be confirmed in morning only. How can a person with family plan to come to your hotel and then be at peril of your reception and manager! In negotiating discussion i mentioned that price mentioned in MakeMyTrip and other aggregator website their rates are low than what they quote directly, reception person was like now that you seen online quote you have committed a sin. Hospitality business arrogance doesn't last for long. It was good that did not shown mercy to discount the price, I got better one in almost same location. People try for your hospitality only for your location.

’’’’??Irecently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The area outside the hotel is quite busy, filled with automobile repair shops, seat-fitting garages, tyre shops, and cars parked for service. However, once you step inside the hotel, it feels completely different ’ clean, calm, and well-maintained.I had booked a Deluxe Room through MakeMyTrip, located in a separate building next to the main reception. Even though the exterior of the adjacent building looks a bit old, the room itself was excellent. It featured central AC, a comfortable bed, a TV, a work table, a western-style washroom, and two wardrobes for convenient luggage storage. The hotel also provided drinking water, tea bags, soaps, and towels.The complimentary breakfast was good and filling. They served idli, vada, fruits (papaya), beetroot juice, bread toast, upma, and a sweet item, and occasionally aloo paratha or onion uttapam. The food was fresh and satisfying.Room service is on the expensive side, so it’s better to include meals during booking if needed. I ordered all my meals through Swiggy, and nearby restaurants like Southwala, Bikanervala, Haldiram’s, Thalairaj Biryani, and Delhi Darbar were excellent.
