I have booked Ambica palace in Safdarjung enclave through ixigo but when I arrived at hotel they told there is no room in their hotel and asked me to cancel my booking. As I was with my family I couldn’t cancel my booking After doing request they have provided another hotel 2 km inside Azulo inn Rooms were very small Kindly look into this

I stayed here for 2 days, the overall experience at Hotel Ambika Palace was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I entered the room, I realized this place seriously lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. The room looked as if it had not been cleaned properly for days. Dust was visible on furniture, and the floor was so dirty that walking barefoot felt unhygienic. The corners of the room had cobwebs, and even the walls seemed stained and unwashed. It was not at all what one would expect after paying for a decent stay.The bathroom conditions were worse. The water supplied was hard and left stains on tiles and taps, making it unpleasant for both showering and washing. The shower fittings were either broken or rusted, and the bad smell from the drain made it unbearable to use. One would expect at least basic maintenance in a hotel claiming to be a ’palace,’ but sadly, the hygiene standards here were completely unacceptable.The bed linens and pillow covers looked used and were not changed before my arrival. There was a damp, musty odor in the entire room which made it difficult to breathe comfortably. Air circulation was very poor, and the air conditioner made constant noise without cooling properly. I found it impossible to sleep peacefully due to noise from other rooms and corridors. The walls were so thin that every conversation and footstep could be heard clearly, especially late at night when guests returned or staff moved around.Even the surroundings of the hotel were noisy and chaotic. Instead of feeling relaxed, I felt continuously disturbed. The housekeeping staff seemed careless, and front desk service was indifferent to complaints. When I mentioned these problems, there was a casual response instead of any real attempt to make things better.Hotel Ambika Palace needs serious renovation, professional cleaning, and staff training before claiming to provide any form of comfort to its guests. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, or peaceful rest.

Well behaved staff including front office representative. Well connected to major part of city, wonderful service, good food, clean and hygene and most important is, it's family friendly as well. What else do you need from a hotel. Amazing experience. Upto the remark.
