The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went yesterday rooms are worst quality.Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere one of the worst hotel worst staff

Terrible Hotel Experience

My stay at this hotel was extremely poor. The service was terrible from the moment I arrived. The food was completely tasteless and of very bad quality. Even the basic facilities were not working ’ the TV did not work at all and when I informed the staff, one of the employees said they would send someone, but no one ever came.The room condition was also unacceptable. There were pan stains split on the wall, which looked very dirty and unhygienic. On top of that, the washroom handle was broken, making it very inconvenient to use.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Definitely not worth the money and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
