Hotel Beacon T2

I stayed at this hotel and the property itself was good, but the AC experience was horrible.On the first night, the AC stopped working for around 1 hour 39 minutes. Later in the afternoon, it completely stopped again. There was no ventilation in the room, and it felt suffocating because no fresh air was coming in.After multiple complaints, we were shifted to another room in the late evening, but the same issue happened again. The AC did not work properly throughout the night. The room became moist and extremely uncomfortable, and we were sweating the whole night. Even my parents’ room had the same AC problem.The AC unit was showing ’C2’ repeatedly, and despite complaining several times, there was no proper help or solution provided.This experience was not worth the money and completely ruined our stay. Very disappointing and horrible night experience.

Extremely poor experience ’ would not recommend.I was initially given Room 103, which had sewage water leaking from the washroom. After complaining, I was shifted to Room 109, but the AC was not working at all. Despite informing the staff multiple times, I was made to wait for nearly 4 hours while they kept insisting the AC was functioning, which was clearly not true.To make matters worse, when I requested a fan as a temporary solution, the staff refused. I was then asked to shift to another room, even though I was earlier told that the hotel was fully booked. The responses from the staff were inconsistent and unhelpful.I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in both budget and premium hotels across multiple countries, and this has been the worst experience so far.The hotel also refused to cancel my booking or provide a refund despite these serious issues.Very unprofessional service and poor management. Avoid this place if you value basic comfort and customer service.

Great central location, but the neighborhood is crowded and poorly kept. Rooms feel old and need renovation. Even though we booked for two adults and a child, they gave us two single beds, so sleeping was a struggle. The lobby is clean, breakfast is okay, and room service is good.

Stayed here for half a day until my flight time..The location is close to airport. But the location itself is VERY crowded with lot of traffic. It is hard to find uber or auto.The rooms and building- the front desk, the lobby and the corridors were well maintained, but cannot say the same for the rooms. The rooms need some TLC, the garbage was not changed from the previous stay, the room was noisy from the traffic from outside.The staff- the gentleman who xhaked us in was on his personal call all the time- we passed the lobby 3-4 times within our stay and all the times he was on his cellphone , not acknowledging us .I would recommend it only if you are just looking to kill time before your flight but give ample time to get transportation because of the traffic.I will give it a pass if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.

This hotel had my card on file via Booking.com, yet the staff refused to charge the card and forced me to pay via UPI, despite my clear objection. This is not how a professionally run hotel operates.If you accept bookings through Booking.com and store cards on file, you are expected to honor that payment method. Forcing guests into a specific payment mode is unacceptable and creates unnecessary friction, especially for business travelers.This behavior reflects poor process discipline and raises concerns about transparency. I would strongly advise management to fix this, and travelers to be cautious.Not a pleasant or trustworthy experience.
