Bloom Hotel - Saki Vihar Powai

Pros - Rooms, sheets, bathrooms are super clean and smell fresh. Housekeeping staff are professional and take good care of your needs. Safe and secure place. Breakfast spread is good (but table cleaning and refilling must be improved). Male staff in breakfast room try to pay attention to guest and serve the best.Cons - The front desk/reception folks have a feeling that they are checking in uninvited guest for free of cost to their own home. They are not welcoming or warm or helpful (no nothing).The tall lady (Trivisha i guess) in the breakfast room never cares to wish or provide service or glass or cutleries but she is focused on ticking your name on the list and adding her name to the review while she hardly cares about the guest or their needs.I have been in Bloom in Bangalore, Pune and Chennai and had best experience with staff. The staff here are quite different.

Very modern hotel with an easy check-in process and fast, efficient service. Exceptional value for the price. Abhas Gurung and Prateek Xalxo at the front desk were extremely helpful throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure I had the best possible experience during the New Year’s holiday, making my stay at Bloom Hotel smooth, pleasant, and memorable. Their fluency in Nepali, Hindi, and English made communication effortless and added a personal touch to the service. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel Bloom, Saki Vihar (Mumbai)The rooms are extremely cramped, making it uncomfortable even for a short stay. Unfortunately, the bigger issue is the staff attitude ’ they are surprisingly rude and unprofessional.The breakfast buffet experience was terrible. It genuinely feels like you are being treated as if you’re trying to eat for free. Basic items were missing, and when asked for them, the response was simply ’it’s not there,’ without any explanation or effort to help.To make things worse, I waited 20 minutes for an omelet, after placing the request, No communication, no apology, just blatant disregard.What was more insulting is that I was asked three separate times for my room number, as if I was not entitled to the breakfast despite it being included.The buffet timing is mentioned as 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, but when I reached around 7:45 AM, first I was told it wasn’t 7:30 yet, and then I was told the buffet was not available today. No clarity, no consistency, and no accountability.Overall, this reflects poor management and lack of basic hospitality standards. Definitely not worth the money or the stress. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service.

I recently stayed at Bloom Sakivihar and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made my stay special was the hospitality.A special mention to Mehboob and kushal, who assisted us during breakfast. They was extremely polite, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. His warm service, prompt support, and friendly nature added a personal touch to our morning and made the experience memorable.Overall, Bloom Sakivihar offers great service, a pleasant stay, and exceptional staff like Mehboob and Kushal who go the extra mile. Highly recommended!
