Dirty rooms, pest problems and rude service

1/5 — Extremely disappointing and unpleasant stayMy experience at Oxford Hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in a very poor and untidy condition, and I could actually feel something biting me while I was trying to rest.Even worse, when I entered the hotel, I saw two rats running inside the property. I informed the reception, and one of the staff members came and helped remove them, but I could still see rats running around afterward. I was genuinely scared and uncomfortable and could not sleep properly.The room also had a very bad, unpleasant smell that I could not identify. There was dust in the air, and the room looked messy and poorly maintained, with things appearing torn apart and generally neglected.What makes this even more disappointing is that the hotel is presented very differently on Agoda, where it looks clean and attractive. The actual condition I experienced was nowhere close to that representation.I strongly recommend that the hotel management address the pest control, cleanliness, hygiene, and room maintenance issues urgently. This was not the standard I expected for a hotel stay, and I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

He just made me paid twice after the checkout which they didn’t mention before and the front desk employee was very rude .

Drinking water provided 1 litre per day for 3 persons. Complementary breakfast is provided in the room with limited quantity I mean no buffet. Wall painting is peeling. AC water dripping. It can't be a 3star hotel.
