The Oberoi Amarvil??s is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. This is a property that knows how to personalise service. Their free shuttle in the morning to the Taj Mahal is so handy if you want to make it to sunrise. Their staff are soooo lovely. Abhay in the front desk and Naman at the restaurant and Jasper by the poolside to name a few. They are all so caring and attentive. We couldn't have ended our trip on a better note.

I recently dined at Bellevue for dinner, and while much of it was delightful, one aspect left a sour note. The ambience is stunning’elegant and serene, perfectly capturing the luxury of Oberoi Agra, right in the heart of the city near the Taj Mahal. The food was good, with flavorful dishes that lived up to the hotel's reputation.Our server was the absolute highlight’sweet, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel truly looked after throughout the meal.Unfortunately, an interaction with senior staff marred the evening due to a miscommunication. The handling felt rude and judgmental, which was disappointing in such a premium setting. Better courtesy from leadership could elevate it further.I'd recommend Oberoi Agra for a stay’it's beautiful and ideally located’but approach dining with tempered expectations until senior staff training improves.

Our family stayed at the Oberoi for 1 night to visit the Taj Mahal and had a lovely experience. From welcome to send off, every detail was taken care of. The kids were well attended to at the pool and at dinner as well. Service is excellent. Specially loved the personal touch by Nikhat and Abhay.

What an Amazing property! The staff is super friendly and polite. The food is the best in Agra definitely. Just be prepared to spend lots of money, because nothing is cheap there. Plus one Great recommend is get a drink at sunset at the lobby bar and you can see the Taj Mahal from the Hotel...
