I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel. If you want to waste your money you can give it to beggar rather than booking this filthy hotel.I booked the room with breakfast and on the name of breakfast I was given food in room. No buffet breakfast. When I asked the reason the shameless staff mentioned due to less occupied rooms they cannot serve buffet.Restaurant NOT WORKING :They have mentioned "No outside food allowed" but when i asked for ordering the food manager told me to get it via Zomato. IRONYNo welcome drink served, though it was there in my package.Smelly Towels with stains, which they claimed to be washed and fresh.Dirty location, surrounding the hotel. Even zomato guy told me that why you are staying in such location leaving other hotels in AGRA.Breakfast i ordered idli, to which he agreed and when the order reach to my room there was no idli, he might have forgot to order through zmato. SO when I asked them to give me in writing for NO IDLI< he somehow managed to get from outside and sent Idli after 1 hour of my breakfast, when i was checking out.I pity on AGODA for keeping such worst hotels in their list to offer clients.NO HOT Water, the staff told me to keep tap running for 5 minutes post which we will get hot water, but after 30 minutes of wasting water there was no hot water. Due to low accommodations they did not start the heater.WORST, CHEAP and FILTHY hotel ever experienced. A big NO NO NO
