The bathroom was infested with numerous small cockroaches, and even after asking for cleaning, no one came to address the issue; they were all over the sink and floor.

I checked in on August 19th for a three-day official bank training, and it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. Within two days, I was shifted through four different rooms, each with major problems: Room 1 was right next to noisy construction work, which was not disclosed at check-in; Room 2 was given after an hour of follow-up but had a broken AC; On Day 2, during my training at 1 PM, the front desk called demanding I check out immediately to make room for a higher-paying group, even threatening to move my luggage to reception while I was away, forcing me and my colleague to interrupt our training; Finally, after a heated argument, I was given Room 4 on the first floor, but its landline/intercom was dead. The staff only responds when confronted loudly, and the hotel is overpriced with no proper maintenance and unethical management. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.
