Hotel City Heart Premium is really organised and are up to date when it come to service, specially would like to mention Tanya Kashyap, she was really helpful and way out of her way she directed us to good places to visit in Chandigarh, she has a good vocabulary and good bonding skills.The hotel was overall good and all the staff was cooperative and responsive. Had wonderful time here on terrace with collage friends, we were given private dining room and service was excellent. Food was descent. Live singer on terrace was very good and accomodating. Even his time was over, he took special request and stayed quite long.

Stayed at City Heart premium for 7 days. They have spacious rooms, all clean. The staff is wonderful and helpful always. They met all our requests in no time. The location is also nearby everything. It's like 10 mins drive to every place. Most likely to come back and stay more time with them.

It genuinely offers a luxury experience that stands out in Sector 17. You cannot beat this location. It’s right next to the vibrant Sector 17 market, making shopping and exploring the city on foot incredibly easy and convenient. Everything you need is a short walk away. The staff here are the real stars. From the front desk during check-in to the room service team, everyone was polite, professional, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The in-house rooftop restaurant is a game-changer! The ambiance with live music on the weekend was a perfect way to relax in the evening. The food quality was excellent, with a great variety of cuisines. We stayed in a suite, and the room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very well-maintained. The amenities, including the large bathroom with a bathtub, added a touch of luxury. If you're visiting Chandigarh for business or leisure, Hotel City Heart Premium is an easy recommendation. It offers incredible value for money, a central location, and a level of hospitality that ensures a memorable stay. I will definitely be back on my next visit!

The room itself was decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. I received a call from the restaurant offering a 20% discount on food, which influenced my decision to order. However, during checkout I was told the discount only applied if dining in the restaurant, not for room service. This was never communicated clearly and felt misleading.On top of that, the room was extremely noisy throughout the night because it was located right next to a staircase. The noise made it very difficult to rest, which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel.For the price, I expected honesty, better communication, and a quiet, comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to deliver on those basic expectations. I do not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.
