Hotel City Paradise

Location is good.But the room that was provided was really bad. Ac not working, fan not spinning beyond a certain speed. And a lot of mosquitoes.Most disappointing fact was the hotel manager was just keen on getting the 5 star reviews through MMT and didnt even ask my consent properly.Pathetic.

would suggest the hotel management work on improving their professionalism and communication. The pricing was not transparent during booking, and later there were unexpected changes that were not clearly explained.What made the experience worse was the repeated phone calls asking about payment. The tone and frequency of these calls made it feel like I was being treated as if I wouldn’t pay, which was quite disrespectful.A hotel should provide clear information about pricing and policies before the booking is confirmed and should communicate with guests in a professional manner. I would suggest go to balaji hotel instead this one.

Don't stay at ground ( reception floor). Too noisy at nights. You won't be able to sleep in rooms bcuz of noise made by talks of ppl. Average rooms, average cleanliness in rooms and toilets, parking only after market time as hotel is on 1st floor and shops occupy ground floor. Petrol pump nearby, tea, snacks other small market nearby. As it is approximately centre of city, so every attraction is also nearby.

staff is very polite and helpful got upgraded to super deluxe which was neat clean and spacious with city view.. service was also good

The hotel offered a super deluxe room. The location being one of the few positives was good with nice restaurants nearby. Other than that service was very sub standard. The washroom had a broken jetspray, no working exhaust fan, leaking wash basin plumbing, and very limited hot water.Even after highlighting to the hotel staff, no action was taken, clearly showing the lack of professionalism.
