Hotel Classic Inn

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff and management were excellent, and everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Special thanks to Kabir for the great service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The best about this place is Kabir! A good man with a kind heart and a big smile.Rooms were the best for our budget. The place was clean and overall well maintained.Did experience problems with water supply, but the staff was always very responsive and even stayed until late at night trying to fix it, and thats very good on their side.The food was ok, would recommend to expand the menu...Will definitely come back when visiting Jaipur in the future!

No hot water in winter. Luke warm water at best, plus the flow was very slow, it took 20 mins to fill up a bucket.Rooms are not soundproof at all, I could here the conversation in the next room clearly. Lobby was not clean, there was half eaten food plate lying in the lobby.

I was travelling from Jaisalmer with an arrival time of 5 AM, so I informed the property well in advance and checked if early entry would be an issue. My booking was already confirmed from the previous day, so technically I should have been allowed in without any problem.But when I reached Jaipur, the property simply did NOT exist at the location mentioned online. I kept calling them repeatedly for directions, and their phone was switched off the entire time.Stranded early morning, I had no option but to book another hotel on the spot. And when I contacted them later, they denied the refund without giving any explanation.This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had , extremely unreliable, unprofessional, and misleading. I would strongly advise others not to book this property.

My recent stay at The Classic Inn was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Based on my personal experience, the hotel failed to provide even basic levels of professionalism and courtesy. Several staff members behaved rudely and were not willing to help, which created an uncomfortable environment throughout my stay.The most serious issue I faced was the mishandling of my luggage. The management at The Classic Inn seemed careless and unorganized when dealing with guests’ belongings. Some of my things even went missing, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. When I reported this problem, the response I received felt dismissive and unhelpful, instead of supportive.Overall, the service quality at The Classic Inn’particularly staff behavior and the handling of luggage’did not meet reasonable expectations. I sincerely hope they improve their professionalism, communication, and accountability.Based on my experience, I would advise future guests to be cautious and ensure their belongings are safely managed.
