Adnan at the reception is a great individual. The staff are very polite. The air conditioning could be improved. The location is convenient with plenty of parking available.

Couple • India • Sep 2026I had a very disappointing stay at Crown Suites today and would not recommend it. Although the hotel stated check-in was at 12:00 PM, we arrived around 2:00 PM after traveling from Calicut only to find our room was not ready. We were told to wait another 10–30 minutes, which was very frustrating after such a long journey. In all my years of travel, I have never encountered such poor service, especially when the check-in time is clearly stated. To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund due to the delay, ₹200 was deducted supposedly for GST or a similar fee, which felt unfair and badly managed. I had wanted to stay here for years because of the appealing outdoor ambiance and professional look, but the actual experience was far from what I expected. While the exterior seems professional, the service was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Crown Suites and advise others to reconsider before booking. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience that did not justify the cost.
