I reserved two rooms with breakfast included and paid upfront. After payment, the hotel said they weren't sure if breakfast would be available and would confirm the next morning. The following morning, they told us there was no breakfast at all. Since I had paid for a rate that included breakfast, I requested a partial refund for the breakfast we didn't receive. The hotel declined and told me to contact Agoda. When I reached out to Agoda customer service, they said the hotel refused to approve the refund. So, I paid for a service that wasn't provided, and now both the hotel and Agoda are blaming each other while no refund is issued. This is unacceptable. I paid for breakfast, didn't get it, and am being denied a refund. I wouldn't recommend booking here and advise others to be careful about paying for extras the hotel might not honor.
