I reached the hotel at 10:30 PM after finishing my work. The staff member said there was no booking for me; I showed him the email, but he claimed he hadn't received it and told me to cancel the booking. He was speaking in an extremely rude manner. After half an hour, he spoke to his senior and then gave me a room. What was my fault in all this? Is there an issue between Agoda and the hotel, or is the problem with Agoda itself?
