Family • India • May 2026We visited Varanasi and at last time we booked AC deluxe room, with car parking. We paid full amount, when we reached, inside small street, on first floor at 11pm night, no man on reception, after 10 min, one person came, He was " One man Army" , I mean only one person, no helper no one ekse. He told me that he could help me in placing my luggage from Car to second floor. The room furniture was cleaned in front of me in hurry. So some dust remained, just leave that for now. Now, listen, more interesting point, when I asked for car ( XUV500) parking, no secured parking, he showed me some space on road side, When, that space( photo attached) have not been enough , then on other side of road, he got it parked, ( Bhagwan bharose-throughout night). Next morning, my car was parked permanently in some person's own old TUTA FUTA COVERED house , so we have to visit by Auto for two days. When we called at night to AGODA customer care, no one picked our call. It's a clear cut case of Deficiency in Service and BAD practice by AGODA. WE are going to file case against AGODA in CONSUMER court.
