Great Location, Some Issues

Rooms are well kept and clean, enough amenities and room service is just okay. Lounge is comfy and quiet with kanchenjunga view. Price went up a lot during peak season. Big problem was parking for private car since hotel no have exclusive parking. Also many stairs (about 4 floors) to get to hotel can be tiring. Restaurant has decent food but service is slow. Overall, best thing is the location at mall road.
