Hotel Sunflower

My stay at Hotel Sunflower was very disappointing. The cleanliness and service were much lower than I expected. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the jet spray did not work properly. The towels seemed used, and the bedsheets were not replaced during my stay. Breakfast was very simple, just tea, toast, and a banana. Worse, I found hair in the toast, which was totally unacceptable and made me question the hygiene. I have photos showing these problems. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had, and I would not suggest this hotel to anyone wanting a clean and comfortable stay.
