maybe the worst udaan, rooms had seepage, absolute no view, parking is nightmare, we were not even informed about, the guy came but made us walk 1.5km and its a sep paid parking. if you want to take out car walk 1.5km take car come back park and walk 1.5 km. only best part it its very near to the street. Food was good, sandwich was exceptional

Excellent views if the weather is clear. Situated on the downward slope on the road adjacent to Mall.The hotel property is excellent, with an open air sitting area overlooking the city which rivals the absolute best in the city.Service is little bit lax compared to its four star rating (no room heaters were available, for eg ) , the restaurant was ONLY pure veg , and that too the quality of food served during complimentary breakfast was NOT good.Hope the management will take the feedback and work on improvement in these areas.
