Viceroy Hotel

Had a brief family trip and stayed for one night. Excellent value for the price and everything was perfectly fine. No complaints at all. All facilities were available and well-maintained. Toiletries and such were of high quality. Breakfast was served from a fixed menu due to low occupancy on that day, but the options were excellent and the food was delicious. The view from my room was stunning. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely without hesitation. Special thanks to the gentleman who checked me in, whose name I can't remember, for his remarkable attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, a big thank you to the F&B manager, Mr. Vivek Karmakar, who made us feel like his personal guests.

Had a very pleasant stay. Mr. Karmarkar and his team were very helpful in providing outstanding dining services.

My experience at this hotel is very bad. On the night before our first breakfast, we were informed that a buffet breakfast would not be available due to a low number of guests. Instead, we were asked to select our breakfast items in advance, which we did as instructed.However, some of items served the next morning was of very poor quality. Some of foods are not freshly prepared. They serve stale some food. After consuming the breakfast, we unfortunately fell ill and experienced health issues during our stay.Rooms are good, spacious ....But , My stay was affected by a serious water logging issue in the washroom. I informed the hotel staff about it on. They did come and clear the water temporarily. But the very next day, the same problem happened again. The washroom floor was completely waterlogged, making it slippery and unsafe to use.For the price we pay, this is completely unacceptable.

However, some of the food served the next morning was of poor quality and not fresh, with some items being stale. After eating, we became ill and had health problems during our stay. The rooms were spacious and good, but my experience was marred by a severe waterlogging issue in the bathroom. I reported it to the staff, who temporarily cleared the water, but the problem recurred the next day, leaving the bathroom floor flooded, slippery, and unsafe. Considering the price paid, this was completely unacceptable.
