Stunning mountain views captivate guests consistently

Only positive was that they upgraded our room (after some pushback) as the attick room doesn't have bathroom at the same floor, so attick room is a big no. Location is near mall road but the slop for it is too steep and it is very difficult to reach hotel even for once a day without any luggage, taxi drivers also avoid going there. Front deskStaff is confused and lacks coordination. Will not recommend if you are looking for a good stay with family. Food was ok.
An amazing experience with stunning views! The place is spotless, hygienic, and well kept. Our room offered a breathtaking, clear view of Mount Kanchenjunga, making it feel like a slice of heaven. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of high-quality dishes. Special appreciation to Pranay Subba, the Supervisor, for his outstanding hospitality, helpfulness, and warm greeting. Also, Anujna at reception was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive during our entire stay. The whole staff was kind, warm, and polite, ensuring our visit was comfortable and unforgettable. Strongly recommended for anyone traveling to Darjeeling!

Solo Traveller • Sep 2026I enjoyed a fantastic meal at this Valmere restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the food was truly delicious. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and attractively served. I am particularly grateful to Captain Bhupen, Anand, and Chiten for their professional service. Chefs Sourabh and Sushil prepared very tasty dishes for us. We will surely come back again. Lastly, singer Rished was very talented and professional. We really had a great time.
