Disappointing Stay Experience

Lift was under maintenance and service was not even started. Customer has to use stairs for 3-4 floors multiple times in a day. Staff was not active to get your luggage to rooms and back to reception area. Food quality was not that much good. Located within market area so expect heavy traffic nearby.Manager will not help you out there.

Disappointing Stay Experience

The lift was out of order and hadn't been repaired yet. Guests had to climb stairs for 3-4 floors several times daily. The staff was not proactive in assisting with luggage to the rooms or back to reception. The food quality was subpar. Being situated in a market area, heavy traffic is to be expected nearby. The manager was unhelpful.
