INDUS MOUNT ROYALE HOTEL - 100 Mts. from MALL

I booked this hotel through Agoda, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing.The room size was much smaller than what was advertised during booking. Additionally, the room had no window and very poor ventilation, making it feel extremely suffocating. There were also visible signs of mold, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.The bathroom was not hygienic, as it had insects and small flying bugs. The restaurant experience was also below expectations—the food quality was poor, some dishes appeared undercooked, and the overall taste was not satisfactory.On a positive note, the hotel staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay, which I appreciated.I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. We could reach them by phone almost immediately whenever needed. The manager was courteous and sincere. Overall, I had a wonderful three-day experience there.

We stayed at Indus Mount Royale Hotel for one night in Rooms 301 and 401, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.The most serious issue was that Room 401 had no water supply throughout the entire night. My sister had fallen ill and was unable to use the washroom properly because of this. Water and electricity are basic necessities that every guest should be provided with. The dining experience was equally frustrating. At dinner, we ordered boiled eggs, but the eggs were so poorly prepared that the shells could not be peeled properly. Although the staff offered a replacement, we were made to wait nearly 20 minutes for a single egg. At breakfast, we requested black tea and again faced unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, all food items served were cold.The staff were polite ,good behavior alone cannot compensate for the lack of basic amenities and poor service. Charging full rates while failing to provide essential facilities is unacceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to others.
