I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. My stay was an absolute disaster, entirely due to the appalling behavior of the staff.Only Rajesh waiter is very good and cooperative.

Had a wonderful 2 day stay at The Dragon Hotel. We booked 2 deluxe rooms and had a great experience throughout our stay. Room 205 is my personal recommendation as it offers stunning mountain views. The food was very delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient, being close to the market. Everything was comfortable and well-managed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leh!

I have no words to describe how grateful me and my family are towards the entire staff of this hotel. They went out of their way to make our stay warm and pleasant. My special and heartfelt thanks to the Senior Manager, Miss Tsering Chondol, who was exceptionally kind, helpful and understanding. Her courtesy and hospitality are beyond exemplary. In addition, the food, rooms, view, location, all are just perfect.
