*Disappointing Stay at Hotel Dua GrandI recently stayed at this hotel, attracted by its competitive pricing and positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Despite the affordable rate, the hotel's shortcomings made my stay unpleasant.*Key Issues:*- *Staff Shortages*: The hotel seemed understaffed, which affected the overall service quality.- *Basic Amenities*: The bathroom lacked a functional lock, which posed a significant security concern. Despite reporting this issue, it was not addressed promptly.- *Unresponsive Staff*: After bringing the issue to the staff's attention, I was disappointed by their lack of concern and follow-up.*Recommendation:*Given the hotel's shortcomings, I would not recommend it to others, even at a discounted price. The hotel's inability to provide basic amenities and ensure guest safety is a significant concern.

I had stayed with my family and Hotel Dua provided us with an excellent triple bed option. Room was spotlessly clean and elegantly designed. Hotel is very close to Golden Temple and you can easily get e- rickshaw just outside hotel. Breakfast was yummy and all of us liked it! We have very good memories of Amritsar (our first visit) and really liked the people of the city very generous and friendly. Recommended from my side ’’

It's affordable, clean, rooms are spacious, has well spoken staff and is located just 15 mins walking distance from Golden Temple.I really appreciate the hotel staff who catered to all of my requests and made my stay enjoyable. Will definitely be staying here again if I come back.One thing to note is that there are two liqour shops nearby which can be a good or a bad thing depending upon the traveller. Due to this I wouldn't advise travellers to venture out at late night as it becomes pretty unsafe. However, there is a police patrol booth just 5 mins away.
