HOTEL EUREKA GRAND

Worst condition of this room its not clean at all bathroom is not clean match sticks is thrown here and there smoking smell is coming and bed sheet has blood and food stains and too much of black dust. Floor is so dirty that i cant even walk bare foot. They didnt cleaned the room at all after there previous customer left this room they just handed over us the key without cleaning it. One of my friend is also in the same floor but diff room and she too faced the same issue. Please dont book this hotel if you are concerned with hygiene. I have dust allergy problem and instantly i got rashes all over my body because the bed is so dirty. Please beware. They want give single rupee but the hotel is not worth it to spend even a penny.

Worst hotel , I was on a trip with my family of 25 members with elders and kids. The AC was not working properly, we checked in at 9pm and even after 11pm extra beds were not provided as informed earlier, had to go and meet the reception guy for more than 10 times to arrange the extra bed,no hot water for bathing, no towels provided, on the roof of room there were big holes were the lights used to be fixed. No proper response from staffs when informed. No towels were given even after several reminders, no water bottles provided. The worst things was about the morning breakfast which was packed for us. And also the staffs were behaving so rude. I will never recommend this hotel for anyone.

Never stay in this hotel. All the rooms are infested with cockroaches. I completely wasted my money. I would rather sleep on the road than stay here again.The staff is extremely rude. No soap or towels were provided in the room. When I complained about these issues, the hotel staff disconnected the landline instead of addressing the problem.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ’’’’’

Very shocking experience. The amenities in the hotel are good, it is centrally air ??onditioned, geyser works centrally. But the service of the hotel is very poor. We stayed here at 5 rooms on 16 May, 2026. Many of the lights of the room are not in working condition, toilet jet was defective, glass of bathroom window of a room was broken. The behaviour of the staff are rude. Most of the time they were indifferent to our complaints. I recommend to avoid this hotel.

Very poor services are provided by this hotel. TV was not functional, even after complaining they have not changed the room or repaired the TV.Bathroom was dirty and needs more cleanliness. No complimentary breakfast was provided. Bedsheets were dirty.Limited Food menu is provided in the restaurant with exorbitant prices.Management does not care for your concerns and is only interested in minting money.
