Feedback ’ Extremely Disappointing ExperienceDear ManagerI’m writing to share a very disappointing and unpleasant experience during my recent stay at your hotel.- The *room was unhygienic*, with hair found on the bed.- *Toilets were very dirty* and appeared unchecked by staff.- The *mosquito problem was severe*, making it impossible to sleep.- Despite your hotel being fully occupied for a marriage function, *our booking was still accepted*, which led to poor service and lack of basic attention.- Additionally, the *room water heaters were not working*, and we were forced to take a bath with cold water, which added to the discomfort during our stay.This was a *horrible experience* overall, far below acceptable standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously .

Place is superb, location A1, Food superb yummi, Rooms are specias, you get time for yourself, Get Royal feel like 15th century if you ignore AC, Amazing food, No Wifi so connect to people,

Worst place the owner is not of his words.He has cancelled our wedding booking as he has taken double booking. Would never book such place in future neither recommend.

Don't expect good food.Very bad food quality.No food for kids.Insects are every where in the tent.Electricity problems.Pathetic service my kids was sick at 11pm but not getting any help from them.There was a car of resort but they not provided.I requested others guest then arrange one car then reached to hospital.Hospital are very far.Soo please don't expect any emergency help from this bad resort.My suggestion go for other's resort.My stay was on 1st oct 25 with 30 peoples.This was famili trip.Package was high but they provided only two bottles of water. Then u need to take water from the filter.If u go there carry water bottle from outside.Don't take water from them bcoz all of my family members were suffering vomiting and loose motions every one.All are the true review no personal problem on this resort.So last but not the listPlz don't go there

Our stay at Garh Govind Hotel, Jodhpur, was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautifully designed with a royal Rajasthani touch and offers a peaceful ambiance away from the city chaos. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities.The staff was extremely courteous and always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious Rajasthani cuisine.The pool area was clean and relaxing ’ a perfect spot to unwind after sightseeing. The location is also convenient for exploring major attractions like Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace.Highly recommend Garh Govind Hotel for anyone visiting Jodhpur. It’s a blend of royal charm and modern comfort!
