The ac worked great in the temperature.very spacious room..nice amenities and nice breakfast spread. The should add on welcome drink or drinking water on side tables also they should add on a light classical instrumental music in their reception area

Family • India • May 2026I will give you a detailed and honest reviewThe property looks grand from travel websites hence we booked it however, it is unfair to call it a five star hotel. It is grand hotel primarily for marriages like function. So don’t expect a Radisson or a Marriott kind of property , its no where close.Rooms are grand but washrooms are small. They are not too the standard of a five star. Toiletries in washrooms are like any 3-4 star hotel, nothing experiential.Location- It is far from city so transportation will be a challenge and cost. You will need either your own vehicle or have to hire a taxi or book Uber. Reaching the city main market etc will take 20-25 mins. For us location is a major disappointment.If your flight or train is early morning or late night you will have issue finding a cab. The travel desk at Hotel is there to loot. They asked us 1500/- Rs for dropping us to Railway Station at 3 AM. Don’t expect Hotel staff to be of any help.Breakfast and Food- They are good. Cost will be high considering they call it 5 star.Play Room or Children’s Play Area- Nothing is there so there are places for recreation like other 5 stars.

Solo Traveller • Jan 2026The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, but not soundproof’noise from luggage and staff conversations could be heard early in the morning - 6 am.The hotel is large and well maintained, very clean, yet it feels impersonal and lacks warmth or soul.The gardens look impressive but are not guest-friendly, with no outdoor seating. Even for the evening music and dance show they offered only 8 chairs - the hotel has more than 80 rooms.Restaurants and the bar are indoors only. The location is also remote from the city center.Breakfast and dinner buffets were fine, with decent food.
