Indana Palace Jodhpur

The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, but not soundproof’noise from luggage and staff conversations could be heard early in the morning - 6 am.The hotel is large and well maintained, very clean, yet it feels impersonal and lacks warmth or soul.The gardens look impressive but are not guest-friendly, with no outdoor seating. Even for the evening music and dance show they offered only 8 chairs - the hotel has more than 80 rooms.Restaurants and the bar are indoors only. The location is also remote from the city center.Breakfast and dinner buffets were fine, with decent food.

It was perfect, the food, staff, rooms. All of it was extremely good. Probably should find better folk musicians though, the singers there didn't sing upto the mark and we're extremely commercial. Apart from that everything was really great.

The place is very calm,we can feel good positive vibes,Room sizes r big,nice ambience,it's very near to airport so access is very convenient from airport,Food is nice,and property is huge.I have one disappointment of swimming pool,as its size is not that big.But overall experience was outstanding,U can recommend ur friends and relatives.

We had a 2 night stay at Indana Palace. The location is away from the main tourist area with about 20-25mins drive in. On first impression the hotel is very grand but lacks ambiance.The reception area is hugh but not very welcoming.The rooms are nice and big with good facilities and are all surrounding a centre courtyard.The hotel seems to be popular for conventions and weddings.The centre courtyard is where the evening entertainment for these conventions and weddings take place so is very disturbing for the other guests which goes on till 10pm.The restaurant/ breakfast area is large with a good selections of food but the service needs to improve. The staff felt abit disgruntled which reflected in the service.Overall the stay was average due to all of the above.

Our stay at Indana Palace, Jodhpur was just fine as a short halt, but overall it did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property.The main disappointment was the way we were pressured to opt for the New Year gala night package, which included dinner and dance and was charged at ’15,000. One of the staff members strongly insisted that we must take this package for the 31st night. Since it was peak season, we felt helpless and unsure whether our room would be available if we refused, which made the situation uncomfortable and stressful.Coming to the services, they were average and not at par with 5-star standards. The food quality was also average, and considering the high amount charged, we expected much better service and dining experience.If guests are paying such premium prices, the hotel should ensure superior hospitality, better food quality, and a more professional, non-pressurizing approach.Overall, the property looks good, but the experience did not justify a 5-star rating, which is why I have given 3 stars.
