Hotel Residency Palace

Our 16-hour stay at this hotel was a truly horrific experience.From day one, we faced basic accessibility issues. There is no lift to reach the reception area. If you are traveling with someone in a wheelchair or with a stroller, you are forced to climb the stairs, which is extremely inconvenient.The rooms were acceptable, but the staff clearly lack proper training. In the breakfast area, only one 1-liter bottle of water was provided for all guests. The person managing the kitchen appeared to lack even basic etiquette and professionalism.Traveling with an infant already comes with challenges, and unfortunately, the staff were not welcoming or supportive in any way. Instead of showing empathy, the front desk staff simply stated that they have no return policy and did not even offer an apology.The rooms are exorbitantly priced purely because of the location, but in terms of service, they score zero.At breakfast, only two small containers of food were placed out, and they would run out within 10 minutes. The management may claim that staff are ’under training,’ but based on our experience, it was clear that no proper training had been provided.Overall, this was a highly disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this property.

Good rooms and at convenient location.The WiFi here is really poor with both connectivity and bandwidth issues.One other issue will be loud music till late night on roof top restaurant. And the music literally can be heard till 12 midnight and further too on the ground floor.Issues not expected for the price being charged.

Impeccable housekeeping standards. Rooms were spotless, fresh, and well-maintained at all times. Linen, toiletries, and amenities were perfectly arranged. The team ensures cleanliness without disturbing guest privacy’truly commendable.Everything was excellent here. The staff was very cooperative. The housekeeping staff was polite and had a great smile. This hotel just got renovated. The rooms are very nice. You get a lot more for the money you pay compared to other similar hotels.It houses Jodhpur's most popular bar on the terrace so music is something you will hear everyday till 11 pm.
