Had a wonderful stay at Hotel OM Heritage. The reception staff was very polite, kind, and helpful. Since we had a late train, they generously adjusted the room even after checkout, which we truly appreciated. The staff near the food area were also very courteous and attentive. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience

This is a good hotel with a pleasant ambience. Although the location is a bit congested, the interior has a charming haveli-like vibe that immediately makes you feel the essence of Jodhpur.The fort view from the rooftop is stunning, and the sunset view from there was truly amazing’one of the highlights of our stay.The breakfast was decent, though the taste could be better. The menu card lists many items, but most of them were not available, which was slightly disappointing.The rooms were clean and well-organized, providing a comfortable stay overall.One suggestion: avoid taking vehicles arranged by the hotel, as their rates are much higher compared to Uber. We booked but negotiated for sightseeing. And booked Uber auto for local visits, cab for station transfer.A nice stay with lovely views and a traditional touch.

The hotel was honestly pretty average. Room cleanliness was just okay ’ not super clean, but manageable. The photos on Google look way more impressive than what you actually see when you get there. The only thing worth appreciating was the rooftop restaurant ’ the fort view was great and they even had a big screen, so we ended up having fun there. We were two couples, and honestly the rooftop made the whole experience better. But yeah, the car entry is really narrow and driver has to be more careful while going to the parking area,overall, the rooms and service felt just average. To be honest, the hotel tariff doesn’t really justify the experience.
