The room was spacious and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was also good. Service was excellent. Dishes served were good. Car parking is also good. Little smell in the toilet. Maybe more concentration be given on cleanliness. Have 8 floors.

The quality of the stay in terms of comfort was excellent.* Dining: The food was delicious. I was particularly impressed by the dining staff; they were humble, professional, and always greeted us with a smile.* Location: The hotel is very easy to find and conveniently approachable.Areas for Improvement:* Reception: Unfortunately, the hospitality at the front desk was not pleasant. Specifically, the interactions with the lady receptionist lacked warmth and a welcoming attitude.* Room Service: This was the most disappointing part of the stay. I requested drinking water, but it was never delivered. I eventually checked out without ever receiving the water I asked for....While the physical property and the restaurant staff are top-notch, the front office and room service efficiency need significant attention to match the quality of the rooms.

Pathetic service.We waited atleast 30 mins for Bell Boy at the time of checkout but he did not arrived although we asked twice for it.Tried to scam us. You can get a better hotel at a half the price with good services.Not reccommended at all. Go at your own risk ’?
