This was hands down the worst hotel experience ever. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking this place for such an important occasion.They promised us two complimentary rooms for our engagement. At the last moment, they backed out. After repeated requests, they arranged rooms at another hotel ’ only to cancel those as well just two days before the engagement, claiming the rooms were suddenly unavailable. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.We paid for specific decorations, and they didn’t even execute them properly. It felt like once they received the full payment, their responsibility ended.The event was scheduled to start at 12 PM, but by 12:30 PM the venue wasn’t even cleaned. Guests had already started arriving, and the place looked completely unprepared.The DJ was another disaster. It wasn’t functional at all in the beginning. After wasting 40 minutes and repeatedly asking them to fix it, it finally started ’ only to stop again during the performance. Despite requesting them not to leave, they packed up and left in the middle of the event, right in front of us.Zero coordination. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism.They took full payment but provided absolutely no support. They completely ruined the experience of what was supposed to be one of the most special days of our lives

The Hotel is not good, The beds are old , Washrooms are not cleaned. No professionalism. The food is also not good. Overall unhygienic. No cleaning in the hotel overall. The location is also not good. Don't come here.
