Zero star ratingI stayed at Hotel Green View for three days, and I want to give an honest review so others can avoid the same experience. Before checking in, make sure you clearly confirm everything about the electricity and power backup facilities.What happened with me was that whenever the power went out, I asked them to start the generator because the AC stopped working. Their response was, ’Sir, the electricity is gone, it will come back soon. Your fan is running, please manage with that.’ Later, even the fan stopped working. When they finally started the generator, they only ran it for about one to one and a half hours maximum, and then switched it off again.When I called them again asking why the generator was turned off while the electricity still hadn’t returned, they said, ’Sir, even the generator needs rest, we cannot run it continuously.’ So please make sure you clear all these things before your check-in.The second issue is room cleaning. If you are staying continuously for multiple days and want your room cleaned, they tell you to get it done between 12 PM and 1 PM only. After that, they say their staff leaves and room cleaning won’t be available.So please make sure to confirm all these things properly at the time of check-in.And when you check out, they make you wait at least 20’30 minutes before giving you the bill. Even the bill envelopes are usually unavailable, so they just hand over the receipt directly without any professionalism. They don’t even say a proper thank you .My experience was really bad, and overall it was a very disappointing stay.
