Today your house keeping staff enters in my room with out door bell and use master key off my room and enter we me and my wife are sleeping
I booked two rooms and stayed for 2 nights.One room had some bad smell and I asked them to change it, but they apparently had full occupancy so they couldn’t change it.Next morning, I went to the reception and re booked for the second day and told them I will only book if they change the room and I wanted the room on the same floor.They assured me they will take care of it and will change the room later cause guests will checkout at 12pm.When I came back to the hotel in the evening, they had not changed my second room.Denied changing the rooms and said they were fully booked again but then.I didn’t agree and demanded a new room and all of a sudden they had a room available but not on the floor I wanted.Overall, it was a disappointment given the fact that we pay so much for nothing.
