Don’t pay so much for this garbage.Wifi doesn’t work, that too when your prepaid sim is already not working. I got a room that had a used towel a d blankets all out of the bed. Had to put up a fight late night to get the room changed. Staff has zero idea how to run the place, forget bloom, I’m going to be avoiding this entire state.

I checked in at Bloom Hotel Jammu on night of 17th February 2026 and checked out on 19th February 2026.To begin with, the check-in process was smooth, and I genuinely liked the aesthetics of the property. The colour combinations and overall design of the room are thoughtfully done and visually appealing.However, the experience took a disappointing turn soon after. The room was not cleaned properly before check-in. There was visible dust and hair around the bedside corners, an empty Sting bottle inside the wardrobe, and a noticeable bluish stain on the chair seat. For a hotel stay, especially at check-in, basic cleanliness is non-negotiable.Service responsiveness was also below expectations. I requested a dental kit via ’Bloom Chat,’ but it didn’t arrive for almost an hour. Eventually, I had to go down to the front desk personally to collect it. While I understand that occasional delays can happen, such basic service lapses reflect poorly on overall management.In the name of ’fresh juice,’ packaged juice was being served. Some juice glasses were not properly cleaned. The paranthas were completely bland. More concerning was the service prioritization: although I had ordered an omelette earlier, the restaurant staff chose to serve guests who ordered after me, despite my repeated follow-ups. It was only after I left my breakfast midway and spoke to the manager that staff rushed after me saying, ’Sir, your omelette is ready,’ citing multiple orders as the reason for delay. The sudden readiness says it all.As a frequent traveler, I understand operational pressure, but untidy rooms at check-in, hygiene lapses and poor service coordination cannot be justified. The property has potential, but management seriously needs to focus on housekeeping standards and restaurant service discipline.Additionally, I must acknowledge that the housekeeping staff and security guards consistently had a smile on their faces which, honestly, was one of the few genuinely positive aspects of the stay.

No sofa in the room .only a hard umcomfortable chair. lighting in the room is disgusting . No dim light for night. You have to sleep in pitch dark. breakfast was horrible.shortage of professional staff.

This was my first experience with the Bloom Hotel Group, and I hadn’t realized this hotel chain was so impressive. From the moment I entered, the hotel gave off a great vibe, and it was newly built. I found the theme to be truly unique’the combination of yellow and white was distinctive, attractive, and delightful. The rooms were excellent, with a unique design and scenic views from windows on two sides. From the bed, you could enjoy beautiful scenery. The compact bathroom and well-maintained furniture added to the charm. The morning breakfast was indeed good, with a full buffet. The staff were very polite, attentive, and courteous. Overall, the hotel was worth it, whether you’re traveling with family, solo, or as a couple. I would highly recommend it, especially given its prime location in the heart of Raghunath Bazaar. It’s just a short walk to the Raghunath Temple, and you’ll find great restaurants nearby, like Falak by KC Residency.
