Very good hotel, slightly off the city crowd but very close to industrial area. Lots of open area in the property. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Food is very good and with good options. Overall a great property in Jammu.

My stay at Viraj Hotel Portico was very good and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and well prepared.The staff was cooperative and courteous. I accidentally forgot my phone charger at the hotel, and when I called the front desk, they handled the matter very nicely and returned it to me without any hassle.The honesty and professionalism of the staff truly impressed me. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended.

First of all i would like to appreciate the restaurant team, specially restaurant manager Khem Raj, I am visiting here for last 6 years and all the time I get the same warmth by Khem Raj and team Niraj,Mukesh,Harsh,sukhminder they always makes you feel at home. The reception people Saksham, Falak, Vijay they feel like my old friends....I love to stay here each and every time. If it was possible to give 10stars i would love to give that.

Very disappointed vith service and managementIn my room the Tv remote was not available and when asked in Reciption they committed give remote but after waiting upto midnight they not providedThen i asked next day on Reciption they told ok we will Check,Evening I checked room and again found the one remote was there and it’s not workingI asked again to Reciption and they sent technician but he also not given remote and he took the faulty remoteAgain third day I checked inn but remote was not there in room and I asked again on reception and again they Send technician with empty hand no remote- no answer,This was very disappointing for me with Sarovar portico from last 3 days,Let me know how much I am happy?
