I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel Jammu, and I must say the experience went far beyond what I expected.What truly stood out was the people.A special mention to Chef Mana, who personally ensured that my breakfast needs were taken care of. Her warmth, attention to detail, and willingness to make things for me was something I looked forward to.Saima deserves heartfelt appreciation, she served me repeatedly with the same smile and positive energy every single time. It’s rare to see such consistency in hospitality, and it made a big difference to my stay.Sourav was always reassuring and thoughtful, constantly checking in and making sure I would never sleep hungry. That level of assurance and care makes you feel at home, especially when you’re traveling.I’d also like to thank Ashish, the Front Office Manager, who stepped in promptly and handled a room-related issue with complete professionalism and calm. His support ensured the situation was resolved smoothly, without any stress.Overall, this property is not just ideal for business travelers, but also perfect for tourists and international visitors. Excellent stay with outstanding service.I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were extremely cooperative and always ready to help.A special mention to the security staff’they were very humble, polite, and professional, which made us feel safe and welcomed. The front office team was also excellent, especially the lady at the reception (sorry I couldn’t catch her name). She was courteous, helpful, and handled everything smoothly.Overall, a great place to stay with warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I spotted this hotel from literally walking around the Jammu Tawi railway station when in an emergency situation I had to land in Jammu and had no place of stay pre-planned in my itinerary. I give 5 stars for the exceptional location visibility and the brand name itself with just the appropriate lighting which is welcoming for a traveller like me who landed unexpectedly.I checked into a room at 11:30pm, that smelled and felt as clean and comfortable as resting in my own place. I loved the wider choice of tea bags mainly herbal tea. The room I checked into did not have a great view and yet from the huge and clear glass window I could get ample sunshine right from early morning when I woke.I am thankful to the hotel staff on duty for allowing me extra time of check out until my late afternoon train departure time. More than 5 stars for this.I feel the staff needs a little more training on helping guests with their baggages when requested and hence the 4 stars.Overall I loved my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with or without family, traveling to Jammu and looking for a nice and clean place to stay.

My room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the small touches, like complimentary amenities and thoughtful housekeeping service. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again!

Stayed here with family during an official trip in 2019. lovely place to stay. walkable distance from Jammu railway station.nice restaurant and comfortable rooms. worth paying. staff were accommodative and offered discount even though we stayed for one night
