My husband and I stayed at Hotel Harivilas Kashi for 3 days, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were neat, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. In a busy city like Kashi, finding a hotel like this was truly a pleasant surprise.From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Mr. Jatin at the reception, the security staff, room service team, and everyone at the hotel. They always greeted us with a smile and happily helped us with every small request. They guided us with temple timings, places to visit, and even arranged autos whenever needed.A special mention to the hotel for sharing the contact of a trusted boatman, Mr. Deepak. We had read many warnings about private boat rides in Kashi, and we actually witnessed people being quoted much higher prices. If the hotel hadn't connected us with Mr. Deepak, we would have easily ended up paying almost three times the usual fare. That guidance really helped us.The food deserves a special mention too. We had all our meals at the hotel, and every dish was delicious. The service was quick, and the staff genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable.The hotel has a peaceful and homely atmosphere, and we always felt safe and well looked after. Their hospitality played a big part in making our Kashi trip memorable.I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kashi and will definitely recommend Hotel Harivilas Kashi to my family and friends without a second thought.

Without the hotel's help in contacting Mr. Deepak, we would have easily paid nearly three times the normal fare. Their advice was invaluable. The food also deserves praise. We ate all our meals at the hotel, and each dish was tasty. Service was prompt, and the staff genuinely cared about ensuring our comfort. The hotel offers a calm and homely environment, where we always felt safe and well cared for. Their hospitality greatly contributed to making our Kashi trip unforgettable. Varnasi is a noisy place, yet this hotel is on a quieter residential part. That’s a big plusWhen we checked in, the front staff were quite helpful. Provided us some nice refreshing welcome drinks. Rooms were clean. Beds/mattress were clean and comfortable. The sofas felt dirty. Toilets were good and nicely maintained. Overall it need some maintenance and upkeep as all the wood works felt old. Access to rooms were not tidy. Restaurant served good food. Team was very friendly and service was good. Overall I would say it was good place.
