Disappointing Stay Due To Hygiene

’ Honest Review ’ Poor Maintenance Despite Good LocationI stayed in Room 114 for two days at this hotel. While the location of the hotel and the room size are decent, the biggest problem is the extremely poor maintenance and hygiene standards.The bed and bedding quality is worse than many Dharamshalas. Honestly, it would have been more comfortable to sleep in a Dharamshala than on the bed provided here.Major issues I experienced:’Bed sheets were dirty, many had visible soot stains and holes.’Pillows were in extremely poor condition ’ they were so bad that it was difficult to even place your head on them.’Initially, I was given another room, but it had exactly the same issues, so I requested a change.’The hotel shifted me to Room 114, but the condition remained exactly the same.When I complained, the staff changed the bedsheets multiple times, but unfortunately every replacement sheet had similar problems ’ either dirty, stained, or damaged.The maintenance staff seemed helpless, mentioning that most of the bedding available was in the same condition.This clearly shows that the hotel management is not paying attention to basic maintenance and cleanliness.Another disappointing aspect is that the photos shown online look clean and attractive, which creates an expectation that is completely different from the reality. It feels misleading for guests who book based on those images.Summary:’’ Good location’’ Decent room size’’ Extremely poor bedding and maintenance’’ Hygiene standards not acceptable for a hotelThe hotel has potential because of its location, but unless management improves maintenance and cleanliness, the stay experience will remain very disappointing.

Comfortable Relaxing Stay

The location is convenient and easily accessible, which makes travel around the city very smooth. The staff is polite, cooperative, and always ready to help with a smile.The overall ambience is peaceful and relaxing. The food quality is also good and served fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.Would love to visit again!
