The hotel was completely different from what was shown in the listing photos. The room had stains and markings on the walls, the washroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a strong cigarette and musty odor throughout. The bedsheets and linens appeared unclean, making the room uncomfortable to stay in. The staff offered a different room after I complained, but it had the same issues. Ultimately, I had to leave the property and book another hotel at my own expense. Very disappointing experience.

From the all trips till date used to think atleast hotels wash the bedsheets and pillow covers but no. I had this recent stay in Heraa inn where when I entered the room the washroom was uncleaned, flush was not working and shit was overflowing there, a vomiting experience when I asked them to change the room they made me wait 1-2 hours and asked me if it is ok to clean the room or change the room. I called them and asked to atleast refund then they changed my room. As no non AC room was available they gave AC room to me but unfortunately again the room was uncleaned as you can see under the bed what we found. Again the bedsheets pillow covers were not good. I thought let's compromise it's just one day but the next day during check out they asked 400 extra for AC room which they never mentioned when they gave us the room. We thought it was just the way they want to apologise but they again made us wait for the remaining money for half an hour. The experience was that bad that now I think for what the hotels charge for when they can't give a clean room and hotel. But for this experience please don't choose atleast this hotel if you maintain your hygiene

Worst experience. We were 2 girls and 2 boys so we had booked 2 rooms. And both rooms were horrible. The toilet was very dirty. We found cigarette inside the toilet and inside the dustbin in one of the room. They had sprayed some perfume in the room which was veryyyy strong and no bearable. There was no window mesh to prevent mosquitos also. The bedsheets and pillows were all stained and not clean at all. It was truly a nightmare

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room we were given was completely different from what was shown on Agoda. In fact, I had personally requested the hotel staff to share actual photos of the room prior to booking, and they sent the same images that were listed online. However, the reality was entirely disappointing. The room was extremely small, dusty, and poorly maintained. There were stains on the walls that appeared to be blood, and the bed linens were dirty and clearly unwashed. The overall hygiene of the room was unacceptable. The washroom was in an even worse condition. It had a strong, unpleasant odor, a broken commode, and visible stains across the floor, walls, and fixtures. It was evident that basic cleaning and maintenance were being neglected. When we raised our concerns, the staff initially offered to show us other rooms, but every available option was in a similarly unhygienic condition. There was a complete lack of proper upkeep throughout the property. The most disappointing part of the experience was the behavior of the manager. He was rude and dismissive, especially after learning that we had booked the room through Agoda at a discounted rate. He stated that guests booking through Agoda must check out by 11 AM, whereas direct bookings would be allowed a full 24-hour stay. When I pointed out the poor service and condition of the rooms, he responded loudly and unprofessionally, saying that this is what happens when you book through Agoda. If the hotel cannot maintain basic standards or respect guests regardless of their booking platform, it raises serious concerns about why it is even listed on Agoda.Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying at this hotel.
