Good location, but the hotel needs a revampThe main attraction of this hotel is definitely its location. It’s right on the main road and was very convenient for where I needed to stay.I booked a suite, but the room itself was quite basic, and some things felt a little dated. The toilet was shaky, and the bathroom lacked proper fittings or shelves to keep toiletries, especially around the shower area.Overall, it was an okay stay and the location worked perfectly for me. However, the hotel could benefit from a good revamp and some attention to the room and bathroom facilities. With a few upgrades, it could be much more comfortable and worth the stay.
The hotel facilities were excellent; however, there are a few areas that need improvement.The complimentary breakfast menu could include more options rather than being limited to only one South Indian, one North Indian, and one British cuisine option. Since guests have different preferences, providing a wider variety of choices would improve the overall dining experience.The female staff members could also focus more on guest interaction and hospitality. During my stay, I felt that the receptionist’s behaviour was a bit rude towards me. I understand that workplace stress can affect employees, and improving staff welfare, including better salary and support, may help reduce stress levels. A happier and less stressed team can naturally provide more positive, friendly, and welcoming service to guests.The elevator buttons also need improvement. They should be more user-friendly and smoother, allowing guests to press them gently and easily select their desired floor. During my stay, the buttons were quite hard to operate, and because of this, the lift did not respond properly, which caused me to get stuck temporarily. When I reported the issue to the staff, it unfortunately resulted in a misunderstanding due to miscommunication.The restaurant and F&B services could also expand their menu options. Repeating the same dishes frequently can become tiring for guests. Not every guest prefers noodles, biryani, roti, or traditional Indian gravies for every meal. Adding more variety, such as salads, soups, club sandwiches, and other international options, would be helpful, especially for foreign tourists who may prefer lighter dinner choices.Including dishes such as steaks and sizzlers as part of the lunch and dinner menu would also be a great addition.Apart from these points, the rest of my experience was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel to guests looking for a comfortable stay in this locality, especially for short visits.
The room was tidy and quiet, equipped with comfortable amenities. The service was satisfactory, and the overall experience was relaxing. I would gladly return for another stay.
