Hotel Blue Chip

Hotel Blue Chip had the worst staff. The person at reception claimed to be a manager, but showed very bad behavior and attitude. When we asked anything, they just told us to cancel our booking because Make My Trip does not offer refunds. I've never seen such terrible reception staff. It was a very bad experience.

We booked this hotel Blue Chip online, but the reception staff behaved very badly. They didn't know how to handle customers, were careless, and rude. The service was very poor, and they didn't even offer complimentary water.

The location is good, everything is nearby, cleanliness is good, and the hospitality of the people is good. However, room essentials were missing and the TV was not working.

I made the mistake of taking my HP Pavilion laptop to an HP authorized service center in Kochi for an issue where the laptop was shutting down and not switching on.
