This property is completely neglected. Never go there. The washroom was poorly maintained and unhygienic.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. The bathrooms were filthy, badly kept, and totally unhygienic. It was clear that basic cleanliness standards were neglected, making the stay very unpleasant. The most disturbing aspect was the receptionist's attitude. Rather than being polite and professional, the receptionist was rude, arrogant, and even used offensive language. Such conduct is unacceptable in hospitality and badly reflects on the hotel's management. I strongly recommend that travelers avoid this hotel unless they are prepared to deal with dirty facilities and disrespectful service. The management must urgently improve cleanliness and properly train staff to treat guests with respect.

The experience was quite unpleasant. The reception team lacked proper etiquette in their interactions with guests. The woman at the front desk displayed a poor attitude. Even after we checked out and were simply waiting briefly, her conduct remained rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very bad experience; I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.
