We enjoyed a lovely 2-day visit at Jem Valley Resort in Kodaikanal. Our Deluxe Room was cozy, tidy, and ideal for a restful break. The resort's most striking feature is its amazing scenic setting. The views are stunning, and the tranquil environment is perfect for relaxing and connecting with nature. The service was outstanding, with staff who were very friendly, polite, and always willing to assist, enhancing our experience. There is also a badminton court, which added some fun to our stay as we spent time playing there. The only slight drawback was the restaurant's limited menu due to the off-season, so we couldn't sample many dishes. Still, the overall stay was wonderful. In summary, we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend Jem Valley Resort to anyone seeking a calm retreat with beautiful views, great hospitality, and a soothing ambiance in Kodaikanal.

Our stay at Hotel Jem Valley was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very relaxing.The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and excellent taste. Every meal was fresh and satisfying. The ambience of the hotel was peaceful and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect place to unwind. The scenic views were breathtaking and made every morning and evening even more special.What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and the friendly, courteous staff who always made sure we were comfortable.
