Hotel Jetty Grand

I experienced a major inconvenience when I was locked out of my room for over an hour because the door lock wouldn’t respond to any keycard. The staff eventually had to force it open with a machine. While the team was courteous and tried to help, the resolution took far too long.Another drawback is the strict check-in policy. Even though vacant rooms were available, early check-in was not permitted, which felt unnecessarily rigid.The air conditioning in my room also did not cool below 23??C, which made the stay less comfortable.Overall, the staff were polite and supportive, but management guidelines and maintenance standards need significant improvement to ensure a smoother guest experience.

I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Jetty Grand, the rooms were maintained well hygiene and the staff behaviour was friendly. Above all the complementary breakfast had a descent amount of options, which is good. Felt worth of each and every penny spent here.

I am very much impressed at the behaviour & hospitality of catering staff and particularly the benign and pleasing attitude of Mr.Kalam Sai Durga Rao and his ability to address the requirements of guests with more warmth and affection. In all Jetty Grand stands tall and unique amongst all other star hotels. I always prefer to stay here during my sojourns at Rjy.

Excellent Hotel, location and Staff.Most importantly all the staff are very friendly, courteous and service oriented.The rooms very nice, airy, cozy , hygienic and well maintained with every day cleaning services . Also you will enjoy complimentary glass bottles water rather than plastic bottle water . Pure South Indian Breakfast you will love it with delicious chutneys and ample choice of fruit juices.Over all I am very much satisfied and rate the hotel as 100% satisfactory..Like to mention few names who served personally me. They are: Mounika, SriMoukhi, Ashok, Sunil, Srinu, plus some more serving staff whose services are praiseworthy.Thank you Jetty Grand. Will visit again.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay truly relaxing.
